Second day of training, and guess what? The food is still good! It’s halal, which is fine, but I had a serious moment of reflection and reached a very important conclusion—I absolutely cannot live without pork. It’s just too delicious! Also, let’s be real, vegetarian life isn’t for me either. I love chicken, pork, beef, and lamb way too much to ever give them up.

Okay, back to food! Yesterday, I tried making my own fruit juice. I mixed half a pear, a cucumber, and 300ml of water, then blended it all together. Let’s just say… it wasn’t exactly delicious—it tasted like plain cucumber juice. But meh, that was my dinner!
Today’s juice was a whole different story. I used an apple, a carrot, and 9 cherry tomatoes, and it tasted so much better than yesterday’s! It's a progress! I even noticed I’ve slimmed down a bit—my tummy isn’t as bloated as it was a few days ago! And here’s a fun discovery: staying up too late can actually cause bloating. If I sleep before 10 p.m., my body feels so much lighter the next day.
So, here’s a pro tip for slimming down: get to bed earlier! Beauty sleep isn’t just for your skin—it’s for your tummy too!
By the way, let me tell you—my favorite celebrity right now is definitely 王一博! I’ve been crazily in love with him since around 2020 (if I remember correctly). When I started working, I didn’t keep up with his news as much, but I still checked in from time to time. Recently, though, I’ve dived right back into my 一博 obsession. He’s still as cool as ever, and wow… his face? Absolutely stunning. Damn!
