Fluff Saver

Recently, I bought a Gatsby hair spray from Watsons Singapore on Shopee. I've been struggling to keep my hair curly after curling it. My hair is super soft and thin, so whenever I sweat or step into a humid room, it just goes completely flat—like all the life has been sucked out of it. No fluff, no fun, just sadness.

I've always wanted my hair to stay fluffy and bouncy, but thanks to its nature, it's been a challenge to maintain. The only solution seems to be hair spray. But let me tell you, there are so many brands out there, and I had zero experience with hair sprays. So, I turned to my new bestie, XHS. A lot of people recommended the Japanese brand Gatsby, so I decided to get a small one (65ml) to test it out first. Typical me—I always buy smaller sizes before committing to anything. It’s my golden rule: sample first, save money. You’re welcome.

Of course, I had to try it out today while grocery shopping. And let me tell you, it delivered! Despite Singapore’s blazing heat and my relentless sweating (seriously, I was sweating like a bull), my hair stayed put—curly and fluffy, like a dream. This spray is officially a lifesaver for my poor, flat hair. I’ll be carrying this around like it’s my ride-or-die. Literally, I owe it my life.

good thing!

It’s only six weeks left until the opening of the New Zealand Working Holiday Visa application for 2025, and I’m going to try my luck for the first time! I’ve seen that a lot of people are gearing up to grab it, and there are even associations offering to help (for a fee, of course).

Honestly, I have no idea how my internet connection or my luck will behave on that day, but I’m determined to give it my all. So, please send your prayers and good vibes my way—and wish me lots of luck!
